Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for merger/amalgamation of G3 Technologies Ltd. with and into

Ghani Chemical Industries Ltd., approved by the shareholders of the respective companies; the

merger/amalgamation has been sanctioned by the Lahore High Court, Lahore,  vide Order dated October 11, 2022.

Consequently, Pakistan Stock Exchange has listed Ghani Chemical Industries Ltd., (GCIL) w.e.f. November 14, 2022.
