Founded on October 04, 2007, Ghani Global Glass Limited focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of pharmaceutical glass packaging materials and has formed an integrated display and operational system of pharmaceutical neutral glass tubes, ampoules, and vials. We have the latest state-of-the-art technology furnaces, machines for vials and ampoules, and a dedicated, experienced team who continuously strive to improve our customers and their business.

Ghani Global Glass is Pakistan’s first enterprise to mass produce pharmaceutical-neutral glass. With the modern European technology manufacturing system, We had, are, and will continue to take steps towards critically developing glass packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Manufacturing Process

At Ghani Global Glass Limited, borosilicate neutral glass tubing is manufactured by melting a batch made after mixing defined raw materials with a defined composition in fully automated Borosilicate Glass Furnaces using the “Danner process.”

Ghani Global Glass uses laser technology over all its production lines for stringent quality control and rejects out-of-tolerance tubes. Our production lines also have a cutting and glazing conveyor system to ensure even and smooth edges. Our product specifications are compliant with ISO standards

Ampoule Manufacturing Process

At Ghani Global Glass Limited, Ampoules are manufactured from Ghani Global Glass’s borosilicate “Neutral glass” tubing by state-of-the-art, fully automatic latest technology machines.

The machine has an integrated camera and sensor on each production line to check, control preheating, and reject the out-of-tolerance ampoules.
Ring and dot printing are done over these machines as per customer requirements. Our machines can produce type B, C, and D ampoules.

Manufacturing Process

At Ghani Global Glass Limited, Vials are manufactured from Ghani Global Glass’s borosilicate “Neutral glass” tubing by state-of-the-art, fully automatic latest technology machines.

Vial machines run 24/7 to meet our customer demand.
Quality parameters are tested at various stages of production. A complete quality check is performed before packing to ensure the highest quality parameters for our customers.
