Mr. Atique Ahmad Khan is a qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer. Being a successful industrialist, he has a diversified experience of more than 27 years of Glass, Textile, Industrial and Medical Gases and Automobile Sectors. He has frequently traveled to Europe, America, Canada, China and Gulf countries to select machinery, get himself updated on the latest development in the industry, and gain a lot of technical, production and marketing experience. He also serves as a director in other Ghani Global Group companies. Mr. Atique has a seasonal personality and participated in many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars. He has excellent entrepreneurial skills and management qualities. Mr. Atique Ahmad Khan is a certified director in pursuance of to code of corporate governance.

Masroor Ahmad Khan is the CEO of the Board. After getting his Bachelor’s in 1985, he joined the family business and took responsibility for salt mining, coal mining and silica sand mining projects of Ghani Group. In 1992 when Ghani Group decided to launch the first glass plant, Mr. Masroor joined this project as General Manager. He played a vital role in the successful commissioning of this project and remained General Manager of this project till January 2005. During this period, he developed and introduced state-of-the-art machinery and new technologies for production, introduced quality standards and replaced one by one all existing glass-forming machinery with the latest machinery, and introduced new ideas in packaging and testing equipment and hassle free in time delivery system. Mr. Masroor has travelled abroad to select machinery and update himself on the latest technology and development in the glass and gas industries. He participated in many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars on different topics. He was instrumental in setting up a state-of-the-art industrial and medical gas manufacturing project near Lahore. He also serves as a director in other Ghani Global Group companies. Mr. Masroor Ahmad Khan is a certified director in pursuance of to code of corporate governance.

Mr. Abdullah Ahmad is a highly talented and proactive member of the board of Ghani Global Glass Limited. His engagement with and contribution towards the family business of Ghani Global Group spans over many years.

Mr. Sibtul Hassan Gilani is an accomplished professional with 28 years of diverse industry experience. He Holds an MBA degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Punjab University, Lahore. He has made significant contributions to pharmaceuticals, electronics and medical and industrial gases & glass manufacturing industries. He has strategic insights and extensive knowledge for the company’s growth and innovation.
