The Company has an authorized share capital of Rs. 3.000 billion, while its issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital is Rs. 2.400 billion. The Company is a subsidiary of Ghani Global Holdings Limited, which holds 120,235,680 ordinary shares of Rs. 10/- each, representing 50.10% of the total shares of the Company as on June 30, 2022.
