Status of Company

Ghani Gases (Pvt.) Ltd. was incorporated in Pakistan on November 19, 2007, as a company limited by shares under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and was converted into a public company on February 12, 2008. Ghani Gases Ltd. was listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange on January 5, 2010. Subsequently, the name of Ghani Global Ltd. was changed to Ghani Global Holdings Ltd. on August 28, 2019. The company is a Public Interest Company.
